impressus is a small letterpress studio located in Canada’s capital, Ottawa. We specialize in small runs of greeting cards for any occasion, prints, bookmarks, and other paper goods, including personalized paper goods such as business cards or wedding invitations.

Each item is printed by hand on an antique printing press, the Golding Pearl Improved No.11. We use 100% cotton papers and envelopes, and rubber-based inks. We work with metal type, wood type and photopolymer plates. We also like experimenting with different textures, including wood veneer and fabric.
